Set of 2 or 4 unique Armorlite drain plugs. Designed to work in conjunction with the Armorlite Jeep flooring systems, the drain plugs are designed to let water out, but not let it in.

These should be 1/2 longer with thicker material. Even with the armor lite perfectly lined up with factory drain holes these don't stay in place. I ended up using a marine grade sealant and now they stay. I had even bought a second pair, thinking the first set was defective. All good now with proper sealant
Hi Matthew, sorry that experience wasn't ideal. In my experience if I verified at least 1 complete rib was showing pushed through the vehicle sheet metal evenly I would have a hard time removing the plug.
Conditions that affect this, if the plug was out of alignment for any period of time where it saw some heat cycles then was reinstalled it could keep some deformation, we would replace it for you.
Also the flange requires some deflection to make sure it seals tight to the floor. Getting the plug pushed down accurately and through the floor will require some attention. Not a hammer install but a even clicking into the metal. And checking under the Jeep to vefiry.
Why don't we make it longer? On some platforms there are spots where our plug would touch parts of the exhaust or frame preventing drainage.
