RETURN POLICY

TERMS

Armorlite accepts returns within 60 days of ownership – when you receive the product. Armorlite issues a full refund if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as the result of our error. We do not issue refunds for any other reason at this time. All products must be in new, unused condition for a full refund and must be returned in their original box.

RETURN PROCESS

Please visit our support page and to fill the form to submit a return claim. You will be required to submit photographs demonstrating manufacturing default. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.  

RETURN SHIPPING

If request is approved and you are asked to return product you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Armorlite will cover return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box. Product(s) must be returned in their original box or equivalent packaging.

REFUND PROCESS

If you have been approved for a refund, your refund will be returned in the same manner as originally charged. Please allow four to six weeks for the refund to be processed. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
