Shipping Policy
Armorlite is proud to offer $35 FLAT RATE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all QUALIFIED orders.
QUALIFIED ORDERS
Orders with a total price over $270 qualify for $35 flat rate ground shipping.
Qualified $35 Flat Rate shipping is available for Standard Ground Delivery Service and is only valid for shipping addresses (excluded P.O. Boxes) within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will require an additional charge.
Armorlite currently does not ship to Canada or Mexico.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited delivery is available and requires an additional charge. Pricing will be displayed during your checkout process.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed & shipped within 10 business days. This includes Expedited shipping orders. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please provide a physical delivery address as we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
LOST, MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Please allow 3-4 business days after the expected date of delivery to submit a claim. If your shipment does not arrive, please visit our support page to submit a claim. Please allow 1-2 business days for your claim to be processed.
Lost Orders
Lost shipments are packages that show as shipped but do not arrive to the delivery address. Please visit our support page to submit a claim. Upon completing your claim an investigation will occur and may take up to 8 business days to be completed. If the shipping carrier is unable to locate the package, we will ship your replacement product within 4 business days.
Missing Orders
Missing orders are orders in which you have paid and have received a confirmation number, but you did not receive a shipping confirmation. Upon completing your claim an investigation will occur and may take up to 8 business days to be completed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your claim to be processed.
Damaged Orders
In situations where a shipment is damaged upon delivery a claim will need to be submitted. You will be asked to provide proof of product damage. Please allow 1-2 business days for your claim to be processed. Upon claim approval, customers could be asked to return product. Armorlite will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for items that need to be returned. A replacement product will be shipped within 4 days of claim approval.
