Awesome replacement for your carpet!

After an unfortunate water leak incident (which was repaired) in SWFL, my padding was disgusting and unrecoverable. Rather than tear out the carpet and reuse what might get dirty again, I decided to choose Armorlite's molded vinyl flooring. It comes with a padding replacement under the vinyl, so I felt it was a win-win!

Replacement took about 6 hours as we put some vibration damping under the flooring as well. Without that, it's about a 4 hour job. I had 0 experience going in, and the instructions were clear!

1 issue, which was on us: Due to the vibration damping we installed, the seat rail covers for the front seats would not install again. It raised the height of the flooring by a very small amount. We were fine with this as the turnout was soooo worth it!

The material is extremely well built and very durable. You are getting what you pay for with this for sure.

P.S if you have a 3rd Gen Tacoma, check the condition of the air exhaust vents between your bed and your cab. Mine were dry rotted after 5 years and leaked water terribly during rain storms.
