Carpet rarely makes sense to me, and definitely not in a vehicle designed to get this dirty. The pieces were tight but perfectly cut. Installation in the 2 door (with a second person) took under 2hr. I had to trim some plastic trim panels with a dremel for fit. Be careful lifting the center console - I was too aggressive with mine and broke my front camera connector. I left the cover over my subwoofer (did not cut) and the bass (sound) strength is unchanged. Highly recommend this fir those who offroad or just get Jeep somewhat dirty in general.
